Donations to our Ithaca Location:
You can simply walk in during normal business hours, or you have the option to call ahead and schedule a dropoff.
We accept donations 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Donations to Syracuse:
By Appointment only
Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm
Please call Mara at 315-991-7611 x 101 to arrange a drop off. Please note: Donations to this location should be limited to two bags/boxes at a time. Thank you for your understanding.
Donation Information:
All donations should be in good condition; Please do not donate clothing or items that have developed mold, has stains, a strong odor, is ripped/torn, has a broken zipper, buttons that don’t button, snaps that don’t snap, is faded, has been heavily worn, etc. We strive to provide ready-to-use clothing and products to women who need them.
We accept:
Adult-sized clothing, in good condition - with an emphasis on professional clothing
Shoes, clothing, jewelry, handbags, belts, jackets, and other accessories in good condition
Baby-sized clothing, in good condition
Baby formula (Enfamil/Similac), bottles, toys, wipes, diapers (emphasis on sizes 5 and up)
Unopened feminine hygiene products, preferably unscented. (pads, tampons, feminine wipes & washes)
Unopened shampoos, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrushes/paste/flossers, etc. Travel sized items are also welcome
NEW, unopened socks, underwear, and bras.
Toilet paper, paper towels
Non-perishable food items (not expired)
TCAT/RTS/Centro monthly bus passes
Laundry detergent, fabric softeners, household cleaning supplies
NEW, unopened over-the-counter medications; Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Excedrine, Pamprin, Midol, etc.
