EVENTS COMING UP IN SYRACUSE!!!
Join us virtually on July 15th from 1pm to 2pm for "Thinking Differently" - A workshop featuring Jill Merluzzi Johnstone! Jill will be speaking on the topic of Embracing Neurodivergence from Classrooms to Boardrooms. This workshop is designed for people in the workforce who want to learn about and/or increase their knowledge of neurodiversity and how to provide and support an inclusive environment for all people in the workplace. You'll gain a better understanding of people in society that have brains that work differently whether it be from ASD, ADHD, TBI, Dyslexia, FASD etc. and how using a brain-first lens approach leads to more understanding, compassion and accommodations that these individuals need to be their best in workplace and their lives.
This workshop is virtual - Join from anywhere!
Elizabeth Evett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Author, Wellness Coach, and Founder of Speaking Emotions LLC. With over a decade of experience supporting women and families, her work now focuses on real-life self-care — the kind that actually fits into busy, full lives.
Liz talks about emotional regulation, personal responsibility, and the everyday ways women can care for themselves without stepping away from the people who rely on them. Her approach is honest, practical, and interactive — blending professional insight with lived experience.
A mom of two and wife to a Navy Veteran, Liz understands firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself while holding everything together. She speaks candidly about what it means to show up well for others without abandoning yourself in the process — offering tools women can actually use in daily practice.
We’d love for you to be here in person!
Also available via Zoom from anywhere!
