We’re in Ithaca and Syracuse!
Our downtown Ithaca location is home to our Opportunity Boutique; A unique thrift shop selling fashionable items for incredibly reasonable prices. Ithaca also offers a WOC Cares Closet, open to women in need of toiletries and supplies to get by. The upstairs serves as professional space for meetings and workshops for our clients, as well. Our downtown Syracuse location functions much like a resource center. We offer virtual life coaching services, gorgeous meeting spaces for workshops, as well as a small scale Care Closet. What does this whole client journey look like for you? Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what to expect!
Submit an online inquiry!(Click Here!)
Make an appointment to with our Resource Navigator and complete your initial client paperwork. (You’ll sign a confidentiality form, our appointments policy, review an authorization letter, a demographic questionnaire, etc.)
Schedule an appointment to meet with our Life Coach!
You & your coach will talk about where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’d like to be. You’ll determine the frequency and duration of your visits.
Programs & Trainings - You & your coach will assess programming available through WOC and your community members and help get you enrolled in services that will benefit you
Close your case. When you feel you are satisfied and no longer in need of assistance, we will close your case with us.
