Description: This workshop series explores the emotional and psychological drivers behind financial behavior, especially for women who feel stagnant in their finances. Together, we’ll unpack how holding excess cash can feel like safety, how control and dependence shape money habits, and how early experiences can lead to a scarcity mindset that carries into adulthood. We’ll also examine why timing often feels like something we wait for, along with the role of regret aversion, fear of being wrong, and how inaction can feel safer than action, even when it’s not. Throughout the session, participants will reflect, relate, and reframe their experiences in a supportive, judgment-free environment while exploring the emotional barriers to trusting guidance and accepting help.
